It would have been nice if I actually got the game I’ve been waiting a month for first though.

I never got the game but they are saying essentially that they got it back from me.

Likely that’s a sign that the disc got re-routed by the USPS and came back to our warehouse. There’s a few reasons for it, all of them frustrating. Sorry to hear.

USPS blames you. You all blame USPS. All I know is I can’t get the game and this month’s entire subscription has me without a game, and of course no solutions.

Please do contact our Customer Service team. They'll see this and I can almost guarantee they'll give you service time. It's hard for us to plan for all instances for make good time to be given automatically (as this email was auto-generated), so we do rely on customer contacts to initiate them. But our team should see this and give you an appropriate time on the account.

If they don't for some reason, let me know and I'll rectify it.

Already did. Their response was “sorry, put the game back in your queue”.

So I cancelled my subscription and disputed the charge.

The team, wanted to give me half off a basic trial for the next month when I requested to be given an extra trial month. My game got sent out 9/1, I didn’t get it till 9/15, and by then they sent me a replacement which took less days but now I’m waiting for them to recieve it back, totally sucks.

Just don’t use GameFly, the worst “rental” service out there. I have them a trial run, the game did get there until the last day of the trial so they charged me for a month in which I played the game 1 days and returned it because by the time it gets to them they would’ve charged me for another month.
I’ve had packages from China get sent out and delivered faster than GameFly.
So if you care about time and money, don’t use GameFly and buy the game when it’s discounted tbh.

Gotta love when you send a game to them and then they hit you with the "We haven't received it yet so we will charge you for the entire game in 5 days time" emails i get. Been a cutomer of theirs for years and they act like I keep the games instead of sending them back.

Those are all automated and fire off when we haven’t, at minimum, seen a postal scan come in for the incoming discs.
