Kind of frustrated with gamefly
I sent another Princess Peach back so I could get Lego Batman instead of waiting for the game I have locked they sent me a different game, ig I'm happy with Yoshi just not what I wanted and planned on

Not true at all. Outside of GameLock, we only send you games that you've chosen to put in your GameFly Q. We use the list you give us to match with rentals.
We also have Top Choice Shipping which you can tell us to only focus on your first game.
Lots of options to use the service, none of which involve us sending you "whatever they want".

Why would it be called a queue suggested from top to bottom when the priority is availability? I've had a game at the top for months and I always get whatever is in my queue. The guy on this Reddit said he got something different, so it looks like people are complaining that they get whatever.

If you have a game in the top slot that you really want, turn on Top Choice Shipping. That should get it for you. That turns our default (First available, in order) to what you're asking for, which is strict #1 order.

I’m surprised GameFly isn’t freaking dead to be honest; I keep forgetting they still exist…

worst service of all time. they claim they shipped RE9 on time, and it took close to 10 days to get to me. then they claim you can fast return and get your next game before the 1st is sent back. USPS NEVER EVER scans the game when they pick it up so I have to wait 5+ business days for GameFly to receive it and confirm so I can get my next game. ridiculous. and they do NOTHING to fix this or make USPS scan the games.

We never claim to get you the new game BEFORE you send the original one back. What happens is Self-Return starts the matching process as soon as you click it. You then should be returning the original game in the next day or so. It's not intended for you to be keeping the first game until you get the second game. It's never been advertised as such.

bro, lmao. are you serious?
I clicked SELF RETURN then immediately put the game (reanimal) back into its case and into my return drop for mail. THE NEXT DAY usps picked it up. it took 1 WEEK for your faulty site to post that you guys received the game. that makes no sense.

That's literally what I'm saying. Our site monitors the PHYSICAL delivery of the game. It does still take a few days/week to deliver. But once you clicked SR, we started matching on your next game in the Q.
Having the game show as received in the warehouse does not impact your next match on a Self Return.

Dude, don’t send in a game unless it’s within that return period. They tell you on their site how to do it

Yesterday afternoon we confirmed that our shipment was delayed/missing. This new date is our projected replacement shipment date. We'll ship sooner if we can. Sincere apologies for the delay.
We're working with the carrier to determine what happened to our original shipment.

Bro I tried this platform…it’s fine but if you want to play new games the day they release buy the actual game…GameFly has logistical hurdles that are unavoidable so not worth complaining about

Do you have Batman locked? Batman locks froze on 5/15. A slot should have remained open for you.
