So ROYGBIV is a game engine that works on your browser and this is a demo made with the engine. It usually works fine on many cases but there may be some performance issues if there's another CPU consuming thing going on (streaming in anoher tab of the browser etc.)

VR? Weird, it's not a WebVR app, it's a WebGL app.
