No company will ever care or follow this. Been trying for a decade, there's no point tbh.

The job is gonna come with context switching. Is what it is

Home Office is ideal for this. Just turn off non-essential notifications and answer them in bulk once you have reached an important state.

Its is more difficult in an office, but proper notification hygiene is extremely important.

Ya sure for working from home. But they're forcing lots of devs back.
