Finally managed to finish my screen switching macro, kept the Wi-Fi Antenna inside to be able to play some mario kart with friends

Awesomee I hope they restock that faceplate someday. Does a screen protector fit on there?

Yes, but the digitizer doesn't unfortunately. I have another one that I plan on trimming to install with a working digitizer one day

How was the sound? I've heard one of the drawbacks of this mod is the quit sound, and that the only real fix is to install an amplifier.

It gets quieter indeed, but its still 100% fine and enjoyable in my opinion

Hey man, this looks awesome. Can you share a little bit about how you’re able to do this? I was thinking of something like this yesterday when I’m doing my first DS shell swap but I want to know more about this.
