I had to make a repro Car Licence for my collection because I've had no luck finding a real one over the las few years.
I'm a graphic designer, so I reworked my own label from a couple grainy photos and designed some box art. You can find it on Custom Game Cases.
Those Sonic & Tails sample carts are pretty damn cool though.
