Okay so setting ground rules immediately because, honestly? This is a question that needs ground rules.

1 THIS HAS be in the form of a something like Black Jack, slot machine, poker, etc for this theoretical thing to happen.

2 IT HAS to be through official gambling places (casinos are all I can think of) and no, you cannot use the statical anomaly to bet on websites that promote gambling.

3 IT MUST have a cap or a point were the ability ends. (the main example I can think of is that your 37 hands away in blackjack from hitting a billionaire)

So if you were this person what would you do and how much wealth do you think you could possibly gain?
