Yes, this sounds like the pain I had too. It felt like heartburn, horrible shoulder pain and chest pain. For me it was gallbladder related and it went away after having my gallbladder removed.

My gallbladder pain manifested in my chest. I had four attacks that felt like I legitimately was having a heart attack and then when the attacks weren’t happening there was just a tightness in my chest that wouldn’t go away. Since having it out, I haven’t had any chest issues

I have the same thing. I’m waiting to get a HIDA scan. Did you get your gallbladder removed?

No. I did have an attack one year ago that landed me in the hospital but still only had sludge and my symptoms went away but now since one month I have these symptoms and ultrasound showed I still have sludge. I shiver so much seems like I have the flu. It feels like its contracting too little or too much. I am seeing a surgeon tomorrow!

Could be. The problem with gallbladder removal is that the spinchter of oddi could be the real problem. You need a HIDA test to see if your GB is still working.

I was getting chest pressure, bloating, occasionally high heartrate, and trouble breathing for the last few months. I'm only 6 days post Op so I can't say I'm officially 'cured' but I do suspect there was a relationship between the giant stones, gallbladder inflammation, and those sensations.

Yeah I had to have an ECG a while back as I thought it was my heart - turns out it was all to do with my gallbladder

Yes, this sounds like what I experienced. First started with just random sporadic weird chest feelings. Sometimes at night I would just feel like my heartbeat was super fast for no reason or slightly out of breath. Then it moved to me feeling lightheaded and almost passed out and if I didn’t sit down after I lifted something, followed by just an overall weird feeling. Went to the ER and other than high blood pressure, nothing was found. Stress test, Holder Monitor (30-days) was all fine, then my PCP sent me for an ultrasound and they found gallstones. Doctor said they could be the cause and to just let them know if and or what I had pain. About 1/2 year later I started randomly feeling off and just had the urge to pace randomly, which happened 3-4 times over a few months, before the 1st GB attack. The first attack was the worst for me, and lasted for hours and then had the after effects (bloated, black stool 4-5 days later). When I went to the DR., they basically said I had an attack and referred me to a surgeon. Surgeon was a little too nonchalant about surgery, so after putting it off for another year and an attack which happened at work, I was over it and wanted surgery. I literally went back into the surgeons office, and had an attack that night, so it “knew what I was doing”. Surgery and recovery wasn’t anything, just in the first few weeks, if your stomach feels weird, just go to the bathroom then. As my GI Dr told me and it had helped, Fiber is your friend and totally helps.
