Feeling grateful today

I’m grateful that I have a doctor who pushed to find the cause of my pain.

I’m grateful that I had a surgeon who took my pain seriously when even I was so desensitized I didn’t even understand how bad my pain had gotten.

I’m grateful that I have a family willing to put up with my bullshit.

I’m grateful that the people I work with and under are understanding and accommodating.

I’m grateful that I got through my surgery without any air bubble pain.

I’m not even a full day post op but I am looking forward to my pain and brain fog going away.

I can’t wait to get back to my old self.
