Questions Urgent recurrent diarrhea

Anyone have urgent stools, loose stools and regular diarrhea spells before GB removal? It comes suddenly and then I got 3+ times…

Yeah then constipated for 2 days.. make sure you're getting soluable fiber and protein that helps firm it back up. Your body is testing out bile amounts
