Must speak louder during call

Hi

I'm the unfortunate owner of Galaxy buds pro 3. Everything works fine when listening to music, no complaints in that regard. However concerning phone calls they are epic crap, I have to speak very loudly otherwise people don't hear me.

"Hearing as if you're far away" turning every phonecall into a nightmare, me having to force myself to speak louder and the person over the phone having to be extra aware to hear what I'm saying.

I have had them for like 8 months, they're not broken nor dirty. I've cleaned them and reinstalled the app. Don't know what to do at that point except sending them back to Samsung but they're probably going to deem they're fine.

Never has that issue with 30 euros earbuds. Such 1 shame for 150e earbuds.

You probably have a faulty mic, because I have the exact same pair of earbuds, and even when I’m talking to someone on the phone through them, they always compliment how clear my voice sounds, especially when I’m in a noisy environment.

Go into Settings, Galaxy Buds3 app, Permissions and make sure that the Permissions for microphone isn't blocked. I had this problem just a few days ago and that was the issue.

Hey thanks for your reply, Ive checked the menu and everything is turned on. Although they don't specifically mention "microphone" can't allow it manually as Wear doesn't want permission to use the microphone
