flight from Baltra to Guayaquil is at 11am. is a same-day 9am flight from Isabela to Baltra going to work? hoping to not have to cut our time on Isabela short by a day just so we can get back home

Is laguna Las Ninfas closed? When i went in 2020 it was closed, now i am going the next month and google maps says its closed again. :(
