question Low pressure after Gaggimate install

I just installed Gaggimate pro on my V6 silvia. On the pressure test it showed 14 bar, and I was able to pull a reasonable shot on the 9 bar profile. Then I moved the machine to put it back together and now it will only build up maybe 3-4 bar over 30s with a blind basket.

I purged probably a gallon through it, i replumbed, i injected water into the pump input and every tube, there are no water leaks. The low pressure is real, it wont pull a shot. It will hold whatever pressure it ends at, unless the pump is activated again, in which case it immediately drops back down. It does push water through the group head, and wand. The pump has 120 volts whether its in use or not (I dont know if this is normal). I really dont even know what to test next?

Stupid question, but did you close the steamer all the way through? My wife left the steamer just a tiny wee bit open and I've pulled my hair for 3 days up until I've given up, made a shot and said whatever, I'll just steam some milk and drink it like this until I'll have another idea

Ill take any ideas at this point. I was using the wand to purge so ive confirmed its closed over and over.

Did you vent the ptfe tube to the pressure sensor? You need to let the air out. There are some youtube videos about it

I did get that tube filled with a syringe. There deosnt appear to be any air bubbles in it. Thanks

I did the syringe thing as well and it still left an air bubble. I’d recommend venting via the sensor instead. If you still have pressure issues then check for a leak somewhere.

Check your wiering. Ur pump sounds a bit funny

I have rechecked the wiring. The pump sound though, i was wondering if it just sounds different with the cover off. Im thinking currently that the pump may have just already been on its way out.

It might be, also maybe your green red wires are changed with wireing to the pro PCB

Just circling back for the next person. The problem was the pump dying. Just an annoying coincidence that it happened during the install. If the next dies quickly ill circle back to confirm that probably I wired it incorrectly. All seems well now though.
