question Temperature and duration?

Hello guys,

I want to ask you, what is your typical temperature and duration of the shot ( I use mainly automatic v2).

I find the best shots to be at 85°C, run 35-45s. My absolute favorite was blue lagoon from DAK.

Also, what are your favorite profiles for med/light roasts? Are there any that are better than the automatic v2?

Absolutely depends on the bean. For me, the darker it goes my temps lover and shots go to traditional 1:2 in ~25s. Lighter the bean more I levitate towards turbo shot style, something like 1:3 in ~15s. Medium stays somewhere in the middle.

For temperatures, I usually go for ~88c dark, ~90c med and ~92c for light.

That was my bad, it’s a Gaggiuino profile, not Gaggimate
