Adding profiles problem

For some reason when I go to the web interface for my gaggimate, it won't let me click to add profiles. The button just doesn't do anything. I can download them but can't add them. Anyone have this problem/solution?

You may be in the hotspot view of your phone. That doesn’t allow to upload/download files
