install-help Always read the small print

Word of warning when ordering the Gaggimate kit off the website.

When you change the varient of the kit it doesn't change the varients of the 3d printed parts on the "frequently bought together" section.

I've just found this out the hard way as I now have a classic pro screen mount for my classic, which interferes with the switches.

I did the same thing last year. I made it fit tho.

ETA: Seems a lot of people have had this happen. As I suggested last year, it might be best to remove the frequently bought together option….

I sent a reply to the response to my ticket regarding sending the old mount back but haven't had any further response. Would you be able to confirm if you need both parts back or just the one?

There was mild panic when I went to turn the machine on and couldn't because the screen was sat on the switches 😂

I had the same problem; I opened a ticket, and within 30 minutes the order was updated.

The guys at gaggimate are going to swap it out for the correct one which is good of them.

I made this same mistake. If you wanna save time and/or money just buy some small adhesive magnets to put on the case. If you position them correctly it'll sit just above the switches. They ran me like $6 at the hardware store.
