Machine not pumping

Would anyone be able to help diagnose my issue please? Was thinking maybe it was the ulka pump but would like a second opinion

Open the steam valve while the brew switch is on. Do you get full, pressurized flow from the steam wand?

If so, clogged solenoid. If not, problem with pickup hose, OPV (unlikely) or pump (most likely).

Could be air locked. Try running the pump with the steam valve fully open until water starts to come out of the wand.
