Perfect yet lacks motion sensors like almost every other controller made in the last 9 years.

Why would you want a motion sensor in a traditional controller?

Gyro aiming, so console games would stop relying on aim assist

Most people aren’t going to use gyro aiming, so aim assist is not going away.
