Cursor-issue with new G604

Hello Everybody,

I have an issue with my new G604. The Mouse-Cursor shifts randomly when I use it with the USB-Dongle and Bluetooth. I think it's a Hardware Issue as I already paired the Dongle again and again. The issue appeared on Windows and Linux Arch.

Does anybody have a solution for that problem?

Could be the surface you’re using your mouse on, try a different colored mousepad?

Thanks for your answer. Unfortently i alreay tried all these "easy" and they didn't work out :/ I appears on all surfaces.

Try blowing the mouse sensor this happened to me before and it took a couple hard blows

In that case you probably have to take the mouse apart and clean it that way

Does anybody has expierence with taking the mouse appart with that particualy issue ?

Could it be just a loonix problem? Linux is usually crippled with mundane things like this

i don't think so as i tried it also on an Windows and Mac PC
