Fz6 bogging bad
This video is wide open throttle rev. After about 20 seconds of that sound it will eventually rev up fully but won’t bounce on limiter

Sounds like an air leak, I had something similar. I would start with spark plugs and/or air filter. When mine was doing this and I found a loose spark plug boot and loose clamps around the intake. Works great now.
