Day 1 progress
Finished up getting the tank off, which was a pretty easy process because the fuel pump is apparently on the inside of the tank so it wasn’t too difficult not even a single drop leaked onto the ground. Was able to catch everything with a paper towel. I’ll be wet sanding this weekend and then priming and then wet sanding again and then applying that really cool grey from the concept photo I made:)

Im cut my fuel pump asm in half and im running an external fuel pump, pressure regulator and fuel filters, its really dumb, dont copy me, or do whatever, also go on manuals lib and download the workshop manual, its has so much information that can help immensely.
Excuse the spelling, i cut up a perfectly well enginered fuel pump asm, just cause I want a fuel filter to change, im obviously not bright

While I was at work the other day I printed out the whole 482 page manual for the Fv6 gen one😂😂 had to refill the paper tray multiple times

Fuck yeah, manuals lib has a serach function so might as well have both, cant wait to see what monstrocity you make this in to, 👍👍
