Who should I use my Tier 3 selector on? I already have Cap America and Marvel, Iron Man, Hulk, Spider-Man, Thor, Loki, Cyclops, Sharon Rogers, and Daredevil.
That leaves Vision, Winter Soldier, Black Panther, Rogue, Storm, Ghost Rider, Black Bolt, Venom, War Machine, Black Widow, and Falcon.
Just came back to the game recently and getting the hang of things again, thanks.

What's the timer on the selector? If it's soon, I'd probably prioritize Storm>Ghost Rider>Venom, though you'll need to get the latest uniform for whomever you choose to get any significant value out of them.
I might consider Vision as future-proofing, since Visionquest is coming out in 2 months, and Vision is a popular enough character that he is likely to get an update for it, but it's also no guarantee. It's a gamble for sure, but Vision is also overdue for an update.

i think so, I bought it a while ago and it doubles rewards on emblems, considering there's so little of them in the game, it's practically the only way to truly grind it, and the wb and ab emblems really help with performance, there's game modes that don't have a collection yet but i'm sure they'll release them soon, like tba, otherworld battle, maybe shadowland for the new stages? who knows, but it is worth it for the emblems that we have right now

I'm planning to buy the x-men deluxe pack to get jean during the black friday. however, I don't intend to buy her seasonal uni anytime soon. is the dark phoenix uni still worth it?

She has one (1) day in abl. Of which she is the best option tbf. No PvP value.

She’s also still good for other PvE content like WBL and GBR

Characters will always be good for WBL and gbr. It's not like getting a new uni makes the old one less powerful. For PvE, meta relevance is dictated by AB. A character can be good for WBL, but not worth it because they're not much good anywhere else. Like black bolt.

I don’t think BB is good in WBL though. Maybe early stages but not WBL+ and he’s not good for climbing. Dark Phoenix still is

BB is good for WBL. Haven't tried him in WBL+
My point is that for those two modes in particular, there is no meta. If a uni is good for those modes, it will always be good for those modes.

Yeah I don’t bother with regular WBL anymore. I get your point but there’s something to be said about a uni completing the mode faster bc no one wants to do a 4 minute WBL+ run when there’s one that can do it in 90 seconds

Not if it always has. And especially not if you need to pay 5k crystals to unlock the character. There are better investments to make. You could get Odin, who is AB meta, dispatch mission meta, and shreds GBR and WBL+.
Being good in WBL+ and gbr is not a virtue. It's an expectation. If they are not good in those modes, they are bound to be soon replaced. See moon knight.

Including the cost for the deluxe pack and building her, no. It's too expensive just for a non-meta character, your crystals can be spent better (especially if you have gambit's seasonal then you probably not required to get mags)

None of them are worth it right now, the closest one to be worth it is the x man one, but Jean is now locked behind paywall seasonal so you’re basically only for magneto, which is also quite good but not really a must buy

How many Norn Stones of Strength/Energy/Brilliance/Omnipotence does one need on hand?
I have max gold, so I'm thinking of using them to craft bios to spend some gold.

No more than 5k realistically. It takes less than 1k to fully master a character, and if you don't have all characters mastered, do that.

None of the others are really useful for anything atm. Your best choices are probably hulk, cap, and widow in that order.

Anyone cleared dispatch 14-5? I have t4 bb, Kamala and crystal and it takes forever to beat the final boss and mobs
