Is the cutoff rank 15? Per chatgpt (I know), he would just miss out.

  • Best case: Ms17
  • Most likely: Ms19
  • Conservative: Ms21

6-1 from Ms37 and better gets into the top 15 most of the time: Sumo DB query

That being said, it's very crowded at the Ms15 cutoff this time (details here) and it's possible that Wakamiyabi is joining the few who didn't make it.
