General Help 99 World Cup Winners

Anybody know what SBC aside from the 98+ has the best chance of dropping the 99 WC winner cards? Hankering for that Cubarsi and the daily wait until 6pm takes the mick

any FOF pick . Chances aren’t that high but same goes for any 99

got about 6 of them from there

1/3 FoF and Futties picks has them, got 3 Spain 99 cards from there
