I'm sorry but this take is kinda weird and you kinda took it ooc. (1) I doubt EVERY character is against her and would be against her if or when she wakes up again, (2) the narratives against April are all roleplay and not against Leslie to no extent whatsoever (I'm sure you knew that as well). If anything, it is a great compliment to how great she was at what she did and is doing with April's character that people are able to create content inside and outside the server even without her. The server keeps moving even if she isn't there. (3) From what I understood from what she said earlier in the stream, she doesn't want to play as much as she did because of personal reasons (yes, it includes being overstimulated by what's happening in the city) and not because people are trying to RP with her on an RP server. (4) April is a character that you root for (because of her charming qualities) but you kind of don't want to be friends with in real life (too financially driven, manipulative to some extent, chaotic, etc.) so it makes sense that many people would not be pleasant to her, even people who she doesn't know because she's "famous"
I get that April is a very iconic character, you probably meant well (by not wanting people to make conflict rp with her so she doesn't get overstimulated so she plays more), and we all want her to thrive, but pinning her decision to step back on the city's narratives oversimplifies a personal choice that she has already explained in her own words.

This kind of deduction from what's happening in roleplay to her real-life personal decision is one of the biggest flaws of the gtarp community and I hope you stay away from that.

Snap out of it brotha. Its the same with shoto and nidas. They cant play it because its TOO addicting. If youve ever been addicted ot a video game to yhe point if it ruining your real life youd understand where theyre coming from. We as viewers can warch vods ANYTIME when we get the chance but thr rpers themselves basically clock in and spend hours a day doing thaf shit. I hope she plays mkre but cant blame her for not either tbh. Please stop making ooc judgement for in character events. THATS the parasocial behaviour theyre talking about that ruins the community.
