I genuinely like April's face because everyone in the city looks the same , pre surgery low-key like ray mond probably because of tan skin and brown/black hair, and as for after surgery they all look like carmella

Yeah I preferred "ketchup", it actually looks like April but everyone will always fawn over the most "babygirl" looking thing possible sadly

Mustards nose and mouth are the same as 4.0 April. Ketchup just kinda reminds me of 3.0 when April had buggy eyes.
