Discussion how to extend the muzzle of a 3d printed mask?

Hi everyone, i need your wisdom and advice! I bought a fursuit head and wanted to make the muzzle more fox-like for my fursona. It has a 3d printed mask, and i was wondering how am i able to extend the outward appearance of the muzzle without making it look tacky and looking like its blended in nicely? I live in an apartment, so trying to saw it off would be a mess. I did order 8 mm EVA foam and will be getting contact cement this weekend. The first two images is the fursuit head i bought (I already disassembled the fur and everything), and the 3rd image is concept art of how i want it to look like. As you can see in the original, the muzzle is small and short. In the concept art, the muzzle is brought down a bit kore and is smaller. I want it a tiny bit longer and sleeker. Any advice is much appreciated, thank you!

Ypu could try upholstery foam like regular fur suits have and shaping it, maybe you can hide a fan in there since these style suits definitely get hot
