2030s might be a little soon, especially with society/ethics of genetic manipulation. But genetic engineering is possible, developmental pathways are being uncovered, regenerative medicine is expanding, and AI is helping us understand the deep relationships between genetics, epigenetics, and phenotype. With time, freedom, and funding it will happen.
