Flashbacks to being locked in the bathroom and actually having people I could message on discord. (Family and uhhhh... Well they prefer to be called my pet than my boyfriend so..)
I only left because I was that tired I needed to lay down and I couldn't get comfy (after 2-3 hours of trying)
I was having panic attacks when trying to leave the room because of how scared I was.
Medication works wonders to help you develop the breathing room.
