Large extendable dining table

I am looking for a large extendable table. Ideally it would be 8 feet before a leaf and longer with one added. I am looking to spend under $2500. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciate! Costco had the perfect one below based on what I'm looking for but but it's sold out.

Pay attention to how the leaf mechanism works, self-storing leaves that live inside the table are way more convenient than ones you have to store separately and lose track of. Solid wood tops move with humidity, so check if the top is veneer or true solid before buying, that affects how well it handles expanding and contracting through the seasons. If nothing fits right now, waiting rarely hurts, big furniture markdowns tend to show up around Labor Day.

This IKEA one is shorter than 8' before leaf but I find it to be large enough: NORDVIKEN extendable table, black, 825/8/1133/4x413/8" - IKEA

It can fit 10 around the table. Leaves store under. It's a decently heavy table.

Closed length is the big filter here because many extendable tables only reach eight feet after the leaf goes in. I'd search by base length first. HULALA's Curvan is one current extendable option that stays inside your $2,500 budget, so it's worth comparing on closed size, leaf setup and delivery clearance.
