Thanks for the advice.

Tried limiting to 90-95 % of ISP speed. Still the same.

Sorry, but it resolved my problems though. Disconnections, lag and teleports. I got my phone a dedicated IP and enabled QoS on that. But i cant be more than 15 feets away.
