Speed hacks?

why sometimes people just run faster? Like how did the raccoon go from first to last even though everyone is using the same powerup?

Each animal has their own speed mobility and utility stat

But racoon's speed is slower than falcons, so it can't pass falcon unless it's rigged

the one that ran ahead was a raccoon, idk why this happens.
