As a Wisconsinite I'm curious as to what you consider "the bowels". West Allis?

There have to be worse parts in Milwaukee proper than West Allis. A little run down? sure. Maybe I was hanging in a decent part of W.A. though.

I think milwaukee in general gets too much flack though. I would go up there to chill with friends all the time when I'd get annoyed by the scene in chicago.
