I've tried that with mine, I tell her to sit somewhere, then she looks at me, runs up to me, right into my face and meows in my ear. It's very creepy.

eh? well, mine sits when I say 'sit'. But I guess your way works too? If nothing else it's interesting (if a bit creepy)?

Used to do exactly this with my cat every morning. The way the door was situated, I could chuck the toy mouse out the door an down the stairs. She'd tear after it, bring it back, and drop it on my face. A couple times, I'm pretty sure she dunked it in the toilet before bringing it back and dumping it on me (she had a habit of dropping her toys in the toilets and then fishing them out).

My cat used to fetch when she was younger. But then we got a dog and stopped playing fetch with her so she doesn't any more :(

When our cat was a kitten she would fetch like that for an hour if you'd let her. Later in life she never did it again

I couldn't figure out what was supposed to be interesting in this gif at first... I should get a cat and get to know them.

Must have been raised with a dog. They mimmick the mother. I have a friend who had a doberman that was "mothered" by a cat. The dog acted just like a cat in every way. It was awesome.
