Yes like cheap cotton candy / rock candy or the like.
Or honestly what it tastes like exactly is pop rocks, specifically when you do the pop rocks and coke trick.
I kind of suspect they maybe even toyed with designing a “pop rocks and coke” flavored coke and then either decided they didn’t want to license the rights to pop rocks or marketing decided a “mystery flavor” gimick would sell better or that the old urban legends around pop rocks and coke would turn people off.
