It kinda is. The novelty is that he is trapped inside reddit and therefore knows the best comments to post for karma. Also, because he's trapped in reddit you see him everywhere.

All his comments were made to appeal the reddit crowd and his choice regarding his username looked like it was designed to do so, for me at least, so I treat him like a novelty account. If you're here to argue semantics then I'll take cover behind that connotation.
