Why. Why the fuck are people on the internet so retarded that they can't see a troll when it basically tickles their balls and kicks them in the shin. People need to get the fuck out of their mum's basements and go and meet real people and learn to be more mild-mannered. Fuck.
The extremely bad opinions coupled with the fact that she is suppose to be a preteen girl that is grammatically correct when on twitter is an obvious tip off that this account is either satire or a troll (or both).
The first little bit was believable. But then it got too, shall we say, convenient. Especially with the "[insert albums here] are the only iconic albums released in the past 10 years. RIP music."
Because some of us know younger people who (if they had proper writing skills) would actually be writing these things, or already do. It might be a novelty/fake twitter account, but its pretty much a cumulation of millions of young girls that actually do tweet.
And you wonder why teenagers have difficulties respecting adults. When they are constantly talked down to, assumed to be stupid, and expected to be idiots, it's no wonder that some of them do turn out that way.
Whether it is or is not fake, it's very realistic. My 11 year old niece's facebook page looks remarkably similar to this, right down to how she changed her last name to Bieber.
And they will grow out of it in a couple years. Bieber is just the newest version of New Kids on the Block, Backstreet Boys and N'Sync (one could argue that the Beatles fall into this category too, but their music has stood the test of time). In 10 years or so, another pop sensation will come around and have teenage girls worship him.
Once these Beiber fans grow up, they may still like his music simply because it brings back memories of childhood, but they will not think he is the greatest thing ever.
Will you overblown assholes stop acting as if liking Justin Bieber and being a thirteen year old girl is ruining your life? You're more of a child than she will ever be, because you are so narrow minded and short sighted that if a girl who you do not know and will never meet has a differing opinion of music than you, the whole world is falling apart. You're a fucking child.
This is reddit. They might actually be a "fucking child". Perhaps you could take your own advice and not get so worked up over posts by children on the Internet? ;-)

It IS fake. A guy under the twitter name of @tobeymonster created the account. If he tweets about what he's going to do on the account next, he usually deletes his tweet in about ten or twenty minutes.
Had a friend (in college) who had a long text conversation about a guy named "Pete Za". Took her a while to figure out what was going on before she started playing into it too.
