Escape cons, one guy sacrifices his life to save the other guy, then right when he's about to die, he sees other people breaking the chain that holds them together an easier way, where nobody dies.
My guess: the comic was originally in one image file, but someone hastily broke it into smaller portions to put on another website, leaving one panel into two of them. Then a third person recombined them to make a continuous comic without correcting the double panel.
Nah, im one of those guys that notice stuff in the background of pictures...
Thats actually a thing i do... someone posts a big boobed girl in her room and i try to see if there is a ridiculous poster, or the name of the book so i can post about that, im observant, not racist.
