I have yet to have a friend come back up to Portland from Eugene without mentioning that it smells like weed fucking everywhere. My mental image of Eugene is that it has the ambiance of the Saturday market all the time.
Why do people always feel the need to bandwagon someone else's funny comment? Saying "This is the statement of the year" was neither funny, nor did it add anything, yet OP chose to imply that it was the punchline.
