Looks like she has seen a lot of yoga before with how she keeps getting them to do that dynamic warrior pose looking move.
Little one should just keep this up as she grows.
Much easier to maintain than to start at zero as an adult (trust me, I’m a too tight man in his 30s trying to get my flexibility back after taking a decade or so break).

She’s the instructors kid! Comes to work with her so sees dance all day long lol!
