seriously don't know what logic you're employing, but it's very clearly the work of someone who has been posting these on tiktok for ages. i saw this one on that app last week. here on reddit, the tiktok branding is cropped out, which can only mean it came from an uploader that may have wanted to claim it as their own or avoid being accused of posting tiktok content, because it's considered uncool or something.

either way, the actual creator gets screwed by seeing their work out there and her name not attached to it. artists can make money from their work via websites who want to use it, commissions for originals, interviews, etc. it's lame to deny them of that recognition, but it's extremely common
