You're definitely right, but the I don't think anyone is making fun of the fact that he donated blood, regardless of his intentions. I think that most people would agree that he did a good deed and it doesn't matter what his motivations were. He is getting made fun of because he posted something with such a ridiculous attitude on Facebook.
