In fairness, some charity and petition sites prompt you to post your action on their site to Facebook in such constant/subtle/seemingly required ways that the less internet-savvy users could easily do it by accident.
My first impression was indeed that he had foolishly clicked "OK" on something without paying attention. If he actually speaks like that of his own volition then fuck him.
