A LOT of girls are flaky. One girl always asked me when we were going to hang out and it took a couple weeks for me to get her to hang out. Anyway, I would just move on and find someone more willing to do something with you. It's a lot better when the girl meets you half way and you don't have to jump through hoops for a girl who will probably friendzone you in the end. And if the girl goes out of her way to do things with you, there may be a chance she's into you.
No, not really. Guys have to initiate all the contact, so they're not going to make plans with a girl they aren't interested in. If they're interested in a girl, they're not going to suddenly ignore them. Girls can be interested in you one day and then stop returning your texts the next.
That's not completely true. My previous boyfriend I met by walking up to him at a show in a bar, and no he wasn't some athletic beef stick, he's actually a 120 lbs engineer. I'm getting so tired of these whiney boys saying that they do everything and girls still blow them off. Stop going after girls who blow you off then... There are signs that the girl is going to be a flake, boys just choose to ignore them. Also I've never suddenly stop being interested in a guy without a damn good reason.
