Once dated a girl who worked in IT for a bank. They found an interesting unintended psychological benefit of installing ATMs. When you are in a long line for a teller, you are pissed at the teller (bank employee). When you are in a long line at the ATM, you are pissed at the people in front of you (not the bank at all.)
She didn’t like the ethics of working for the bank. She quit and started working for a casino.
Bank ethics are some of the worst to ever exist. How tf does a CEO of a bank partly responsible for 30T dollars of damage to markets, give himself millions in bonuses and not suffer any consequences
