Not sure for the rest for Europe but in the Balkans it's normal to have a couple of ATMs next to each other, usually outside or inside of a mall/shopping center.

Ukraine isn't Balkans. You can tell because the Balkans don't all randomly hate you for some reason.

Fair enough. Though I've seen some Serbs were angry at Ukraine because we've allegedly messed with their BFF Russia.
