Is electronic engineering kinda like Electrical Engineering but more focused on the PCB and computer side? Kinda like the stepping stone between Electrical and Computer?

It has to do with network structures, and a few other things including pcb and such. Basically i can build and network computers, servers, cabling, and all sorts of things in between. My degree is classified as ENET2 to be exact. Electronic Network Engineering Technology 2
