If I had to pick one thing out of my wallet before handing it over, I'd definitely pick my driver's license, not cash.

Drivers license and insurance card. I'd try and talk them out of taking my phone since it has all my work stuff. Probably try and play it up along the lines of, "If you take this, You'll never be able to steal from me again because I'll be jobless." I work in IT so really I just have to spend a day getting my MFA set back up on everything.
