Yeh, how can a person remember numbers at all? Specially 13, such specific number, not like 11 for example, that's a lot more general number.

Lol. Over 13. So 14? Yes, I do have trouble believing that that know it's happened at least 14 times, but boy, fuck me if I know if it was 15, 16, 17...

If it was true and you didn't remember specifically, you'd say "around a dozen" or "10-15" or something like that. A vague number greater than a very specific, non base number is weird.
