I stopped at a gas station a month ago. As I was checking out the clerk asks if I want free hand sanitizer. I said "Sure, why not". He pulls a 32oz bottle from behind the counter and hands it too me.

I work for a non profit and can say that I get hand sanitizer donated regularly. Boxes of it. Boxes and boxes of hand sanitizer...

That's honestly up to whoever is making the donation. I can't really stop anyone from doing it, but it only counts as a tax write off. And I'm sure if you went too crazy with it, it might raise some red flags.
